Peter Collingwood

I learn this morning from [livejournal.com profile] yrmegard and [livejournal.com profile] phialastring that Peter Collingwood passed away peacefully but unexpectedly at his studio yesterday, 9 October 2008.

Damn. I could not have accomplished what I have without the benefit of his shoulders to stand upon.
