Freefall -- interesting storyline

I've been reading Freefall (http://freefall.purrsia.com). It features Sam, an alien whose true form is hidden by his environment suit, Helix, Sam's robot, and Florence, a Bowman's wolf (genetically uplifted to intelligence). Sam has a spaceship; Florence is his engineer. Sam never met a pocket he wasn't willing to pick, while Florence is honest and hasn't quite figured Sam out. It's entertaining. Oh, autonomous robots are ubiquitous in this world, and they all recognize Florence with the greeting "Doggy!".

Once I have you hooked, you can read the whole string going back to 1998, but at least it's a Monday/Wednesday/Friday strip.
