Update: This would be Atlantian Crown Tourney (as distinct from the other three kingdoms that held same that day). The picture is of Princess Rowan (known here in LJ as![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
bronxbaroness). Amusingly enough, Prince Logan is, I believe, originally from Queens.
