Thyme thyme thyme!

I picked up some fresh thyme at Restaurant Depot with the plan of making some secanjabin syrup. The first batch worked well; batch two is under way with a different level of thyme. But that's another post.

I have a full pound of some nice pungent thyme. It's more than I can really use. If you are local to me and would like to cadge some from me, just ask. I'll be at thatpotteryguy's place tomorrow for the moving and could bring some along with me.
