Sean and Elizabeth, having been landed baronage, hold arms by grant. Their status as court baronage only places them at the top tier of those holding arms by award.

One would need to examine the OP to put those with grants in the appropriate order.

I have, in fact, examined the OP. Everyone who actually *has* an OP entry is in the correct order, assuming that retired landed baronage are ranked just below current landed baronage and just above GoA-bearing Orders. But I do not see anything written down in Atlantian documents regarding that -- and it is not the case in every SCA kingdom.

I suspect I may get the job of updating the OP with the correct info about Crown Lists participants. However, I don't know the folks who aren't in the OP at all; I don't even know where they live.

According to the official SCA List of Alternate Titles (http://heraldry.sca.org/titles.html), it's alternate for Baron, in Old Norse.

What's tricky is that the list does NOT give any Old Norse equivalent for Lord or Lady.

I do not recall ex-landed baronage getting any special precedence from that. They have GoA precedence from having been landed baronage, but their court barony doesn't place them higher in the order of march. Were they landed, they would march just behind the peers.
