herveusI am particularly heartened by the treatment of bin Laden's body. As I understand it, Muslim practice is to bury the dead promptly. I find it right and proper that he was buried in accordance with Islamic practices -- that respect was paid.
I have seen remarks about heads on pikes and the like. I reject such calls. They are small and petty. We can be better than that.
