Howdy!

So Friday I'm eating breakfast and getting ready to head over to Marietta Mansion to set up the big tent for Megan and Hastings Faire. I'm on the PerlMonks ChatterBox and mention that I have to go do a public erection.

Naturally, several people make "interesting" noises. I explain further that I have to go put a tent.

...several hours elapse...

I return and note that kutsu is still hanging around, so I announce my return with "the public erection was a success".

*blink* *blink*

Then I mention that my wife helped.

pause

...and my son and daughter...

Followed by kutsu asking if the tent went up ok.

*tee hee*

OK. It was funny at the time...

Anywho, Matt and Heather went to Pointless War with me today. We got there during a lull in the rain, so getting the tent up was not as big a nuisance as it could have been. Business (predictable) was lousy. The parking lot had one half to one third the number of cars one might have expected. Oh well...

I got in some schmoozing, and picked up more stock for the booth from Miguel (Spanish Peacock), and took an order for a loom. Not a total loss.
