I walked across the field toward the royal pavilion while wearing the hat. I was noticed. It was cheap entertainment.



Oh, and the queen said those dangerous words "pointy cap of maintenance". I remarked that I did have some ermine pelts and tails (given to me by Rowan herself) and mused on the question of whether I have enough of them or not. Twelfth Night, here I come!

No. Evan da Collaureo wears a cap of an Italian style fairly regularly. A number of Atlantian Pelicans were given caps at their elevation, but few wear them.

I've seen a few caps in the East Kingdom, frequently under baronial coronets.

It is relatively uncommon, however.
