Freaking the mundanes at work...
Oct. 31st, 2005 11:42 amHowdy!
I came to work dressed in my newest duds -- the ones I wore to T on T that Megan stayed up way too late finishing for me.
I'm in an orange linen undertunic with a raisin-colored silk overtunic with elbow length sleeves. The linen washed up really soft. It's wonderful to wear, and the tunics nearly reach the floor.
The reactions have been, predictably, across the spectrum, but mostly clueful.
However, there were the two visitors who seemed to nearly swoon when they saw me...

Date: 2005-10-31 06:46 pm (UTC)Today I'm in a stealth costume. Everything I'm wearing (except, maybe the eyeball socks) I've worn to work before just not together. It's just one step weirder than my normal eccentric style and not overly noticeable. If you're a Harry Potter fan you'd probably recognize me, if your Inner Eye wasn't myopic ;-)
