LJ as messaging service -- yo! kettle & trumpets

Last night, our FiOS router went Tango Uniform. Verizon is having a new one drop shipped to us, but it is unlikely to show up before Thursday or Friday. That leaves us completely off the internet for now.

I'm going to try posting to kettle&trumpets from my work address, but, since it's not subscribed, it may get hung up and not post.

This makes coordination for Wednesday a bit more problematic. There is a healthy chunk-o-dead-cow that is meant to be shown a picture of fire.

I don't know yet for certain whether we will be able to be there or not yet. It will depend on what certain bureaucratic idiots have to say. I'll keep folks posted.

I was going to pitch in something for this week, but if there are plans already made I can wait for a bit longer. A package of chicken and some dogs. Basically, grill food. If we ever want to do that just let me know and I can have everything with me.

Good luck with the router. I guess that is one big difference between cable and fiber. Fiber needs a lot more stuff.
