No updates; bad Herveus...

Ya well...

We had Juliana staying with us a few days, and it was a wonderful visit. This afternoon, we were conversing before she had to leave. The conversation was very much in her area of academic expertise, so she was doing a lot of the talking. However, it was really neat to hear Daniel participate in ways that showed that he *had* been paying some attention in his history classes.

I got to go to the Taste of Scotland Friday evening. Thank you very much to the Triggs, Levins, and Amanns, who, jointly, gave me an early birthday present. It was splendid!

I'm back to working more on my 3/1 twill stuff. I've got another figure from the Arlon band roughed out, and I've already identified some bugs in the pattern... but that's why I'm weaving it now... I might even diddle the pattern *now* and restart...

Megan busted her hump getting twenty-five fricking favors woven this past week so she could just ship the whole batch off to the customer. This was one of the big orders from Pennsic.

...and I'm beginning to wonder if Bob Racecar actually drops a ketchup hound. I'm beginning to think that something has changed, and all the spoiler sites are telling lies now. Fortunately, Saucy Herveus was able to borrow one from the clan stash to make his pagoda, but Herveus doesn't have that luxury. (Yes, I could borrow one and lend it, but I'm not gonna do that. I'll try to get Herveus into the clan again, though...)

KoL - I haven't logged on in months. While I do not have a ketchup hound, as I already have a pagoda, I'll be happy to log on and see if I could get one from *my* clan's stash, if there is one.

Abd, btw - does Megan have any woolen cloth woven? I'm talking 00% here, not a cotton-wool, or anything like that.

I think we have some, but I'll have to look at the stock. Of course, it's packed in the car, but it's not too deeply buried, so we should be able to get to it.

Yes, he does; problem is, the ketchup hound is apparently a rare item, so it takes awhile to get it. It took Ruadhan, my character, quite a few adventures before he bagged one. Let me know if you need one.

Actually, we will! We know the site, and we know that the merchant space is tight, but we have been able to procure sufficient space to make it worth our while.
