  1. 3/27/09: Thyme with red wine vinegar. Single batch with one ounce of thyme. Bottled warm.
  2. 3/27/09: Strawberries with balsamic vinegar. Quadruple batch with five pounds of strawberries, boiled for about five to ten minutes before sitting to cool. Bottled with strawberries. Made nearly two gallons including the berries.
  3. 3/27/09: Thyme with red wine vinegar. Single batch with two ounces of thyme. Bottled warm. I think the lighter thyme load is better.
  4. 3/29/09: Thyme with balsamic vinegar. Single batch with one ounce of thyme. Bottled warm. Very yummy!
  5. 3/29/09: Thyme with white vinegar. Single batch with one ounce of thyme. Bottled warm. OK. I think I'll do more with the balsamic...
  6. 4/3/09: Thyme with balsamic vinegar. Double batch with two ounces of thyme. Bottled cool the next day.
